In our family (mostly my husband's side) we have come to the conclusion that no homemade recipe can beat Kentucky Fried Chicken coleslaw. There is always heated discussion about making sure we pick up enough so no plate is left empty. {available}
So funny that you posted this - I just had a conversation at work about the coleslaw at KFC! I never tried it, but looks like I no longer have a choice. I made a coleslaw the other day with cabbage, red pepper, carrots, red onion, cilantro, rice vinegar and olive oil. It was especially good because most of the produce came from the farmers' market. Thanks for the post!
I hate to shout but WHAT A FANTASTIC BLOG you have. I am so glad I found this. Thanks P.S. HOW DO YOU DO IT??
