Johnny Jump Up Spring Salad

This salad is a nice combination of mixed greens and johnny jump up flowers (viola). Take a look at Foy Update for more wonderful garden to table dishes.

I had the honor to enjoy a lovely lunch made by Foy several months ago...then she moved two states over. Ugh, no more delicacies. Now I can only draw them.

    It's so pretty Lisa! I'm still looking for the food. When we lived in Savannah, our this little piece would have been right at home in our aqua and sand apartment. :)
