Creamy Havarti Cheese

Several of you suggested this cheese and I'm embarrassed to say I've never had it.  I have several cheeses I must add to my "try these" list now.

    Lisa!! This is worse than no soy sauce in the house. :) You have got to try the dill havarti too.

    I know, I know. It's so sad. It's because Mike does all the shopping and he has no sense of adventure. Maybe I'll make a secret trip to the store.

    Love your blog, just discovered it! I was wondering if you will do a blue vein cheese or some buffalo mozzarella they could be very fun :)
