Borscht

This is a very easy and colorful soup with an eastern European heritage. I cannot wait to harvest my beets now!

    I love your pictures......they are amazing. Also.....I grew up on Borscht, but lately I haven't been making it, but now you have inspired me..... thanks for sharing your beautiful pictures.

    Mmmm, borscht. I adore borscht.

    (Love the turquoise background on this to really contrast the colour of the beets.)
