Here we are at challenge #4...and I really can't believe it. A big thank you to everyone supporting me and my quirky outlook on food.
This week's challenge is to create a step-by-step tutorial using photographs. Because I'm so busy (as are most of you), I decided to show a really simple recipe, but with a joyful twist.
A fun update: Liz over at Confessions of a Former Couch Potato made my cupcakes this week - with her own personal twist. Yikes, sorry about the baggies Liz!
nothing can be better thn this,,

ReplyDeleteNow the $ 64.000 ? What do YOU do with the scoop-outs? You know the bit you replace with filling? I know what I do, but confess - what do you do?
ReplyDeleteDagmar- Great question!! I save the scoop-outs for my 12-year-old son. He doesn't find joy in fillings and frosting...he just wants the cake. He has complete joy knowing a bowl of mini-cake scoops are waiting for him at the end.
ReplyDeleteLovely post and illustrations Lisa! I will stop by and drop off a vote. Good luck!
ReplyDeleteI love this post!! Best of luck...Theresa
