This week's challenge is to create a step-by-step tutorial using photographs. Because I'm so busy (as are most of you), I decided to show a really simple recipe, but with a joyful twist.

  6. Now the $ 64.000 ? What do YOU do with the scoop-outs? You know the bit you replace with filling? I know what I do, but confess - what do you do?

  7. Dagmar- Great question!! I save the scoop-outs for my 12-year-old son. He doesn't find joy in fillings and frosting...he just wants the cake. He has complete joy knowing a bowl of mini-cake scoops are waiting for him at the end.

I loved the question about the "scoop-outs!" I probably would have eaten them all!
