Sweet Coffee

Last week's luncheon ended with tasty coffee in dainty cups.  Well, at least I heard it was tasty.  I'm not a coffee drinker, though I almost became one just to hold that beautiful china.

Friend or Foe?

This is what happens when I walk our dog at 5 a.m....in my sleepy state I begin to think of odd things.  Today my mind wandered off to whether or not coffee and hot cocoa would be friends or foes? What do you think?  You can share your wisdom on my Facebook  or Twitter page too.

Espresso Yourself....one more time

Thanks a latte

I've finally reached my last coffee illustration (at least for now) and thought it would be the perfect time to give a special thank you.

As most of you know, I had the wonderful opportunity to attend Camp Blogaway two weekends ago because of the generous support of Jarlsberg Cheese and YumGallery.  I want to thank both of them again.  I'll be creating a new image for Jarlsberg soon and will share when completed.

Not My Cup of Tea

Sometimes I forget the popularity of coffee...not being a drinker myself.    I do admit to a little coffee flavoring in ice cream or chocolate here or there, but a cup of jo does not grace my mug each morning.  Someone did suggest I create a series of coffee images nonetheless.  Over the next few days I'll pour out some of these new illustrations paired with coffee quotes.  Enjoy.

It seems there is always an abundance of two things...coffee and tomatoes. This overpopulation often results in free giveaways. Why, oh why do I not like either one?! Why can't I walk into an office and have someone offer me a piece of cheesecake or a bowl of ice cream? Or have someone leave a basket of brownies, day after day, in late summer with a sign that says "free for the taking." {print available}

I know, freshly brewed is probably your coffee of choice...not instant. I just couldn't leave coffee off the list and it fit well here. Plus it reminds me of my childhood, since instant coffee was what my parents drank. Thanks for the suggestion Glori!
