Johnny Jump Up Spring Salad

This salad is a nice combination of mixed greens and johnny jump up flowers (viola). Take a look at Foy Update for more wonderful garden to table dishes.

I had the honor to enjoy a lovely lunch made by Foy several months ago...then she moved two states over. Ugh, no more delicacies. Now I can only draw them.
