Eggs on Toast

One of my fabulous British friends introduced me to this combination. She simply made a couple of eggs, then served them on top of buttered toast. Just use your fork to cut through it. Simple enough and a filling breakfast at that. {available}

Did I tell you that I was born in England? I'm sure I did..anyway..I have a lot of British morning breakfast's that are called "the full English". Fried tomates, baked beans, fried eggs in butter or lard, fried bread, and blood pudding. Its a wonder we're not all dead with our choles. (can't spell it!) Anyway, glad you're cooking english!
