Fruit Kebabs

I always love a simple and delicious recipe...especially one geared towards kids.  You can't do wrong with a fruit kebab, especially when you top it with a small brownie.  This recipe is generously shared by Dorothy at Shockingly Delicious.  You can find the entire recipe here.

Brownie Bites

We had family visiting this weekend for our kids' big birthday bash. I was worried we wouldn't have enough cake for everyone so bought these cute little brownies with cream cheese frosting as a backup. There was plenty of cake, so we got to enjoy these the next day. {print available}

Brownie Sundae

The only thing that can make ice cream taste better (besides peanut butter) is a brownie tucked under it.

Chocolate Caramel Brownies

Last week our kids had a potluck at their after-school program. Someone brought some decadent brownies with huge chocolate chips and a caramel swirl. The only thing that could have made it better was peanut butter. {available}

Bagels, Cookies and Brownies

Last Friday I felt a little overwhelmed at work...by the food that people kept leaving in our kitchenette. First it was bagels and cream cheese, then sugar cookies, then later that afternoon it was a gooey tray of brownies. Though we appreciated these wonderful gifts, I just felt inundated.

The White Frosted Brownie

Before one of my presentations last week I deliberately snuck a white frosted brownie from the snack table to enjoy after my talk. I gently passed it on to one of my most trust-worthy co-workers for safe-keeping. After I set my microphone down and answered a few questions I wandered over to my delectible treat...to find it gone! It was inadvertantly thrown away, while my guard had stepped off for a couple of minutes. Both my peer and the person that tossed it felt horrible, but you know, it was probably meant to be. I really didn't need it, as pretty as it was, white frosting, sprinkles and all. {available}
