Cereal & Sliced Bananas

A special treat for me is sliced bananas in my morning cereal.  Here they are on a postcard and fabric. I was in a retro mood that day.

Voting Day Again

After a long break it's time to vote again for Foodbuzz's Project Food Blog.

We are now immersed in Challenge #7: Video 411. If you'd like to take a peak at my video entry just click here.

Again, I encourage you to look at all the fabulous entries and vote for more than one! There are only 48 left...

My video was inspired by a recipe I posted in January 2010. Back then I used to include only half a banana, now I pop in a whole one. Yum-my.

Toast and Cereal

This month I plan to highlight some of my favorite drawings from the past two years.

I'd like to start with my favorite meal of the day...breakfast!

Check out my new fabric with these illustrations at Spoonflower.

Banana Necklace

I know, this is my first official person with fruit jewelery dangling around her neck. I was just up for a new challenge today.

Banana Flag

I have absolutely no good reason for drawing this banana today. I just felt like it. Maybe I'm just waiting for my husband to buy some.

Oranges and Bananas

I asked my daughter what I should draw today and she suggested oranges. I just mixed in some bananas for good measure. {available}

Banana Berry Mix

I am sometimes amazed at the odd combinations in our baby's food jars. Last week we actually had one that sounded somewhat good, so I had to taste it. It was pretty yummy.

Sliced Bananas

Sliced bananas floating in my cereal is such a special morning treat. We don't always have bananas in the house, but when we do its a great way to add another food group to breakfast. {sold}
